Every institution can trial the Service free for 30 days without a card. We encourage you to use it fully before subscribing.
Cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part months.
If you cancel within 30 days of the first payment of a yearly term, we refund in full. After 30 days, access continues to the end of the term and no refund is made.
If the Service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected period.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where a service is not supplied with due care and skill.
